Become an Exhibitor – Registration for 2026 FIRE EXPO Opens November 12, 2025!

Become an exhibitor today and join the world’s leading manufacturers and representatives of Fire, Emergency Medical Services, Rescue, and Public Safety Equipment at the 2026 FIRE EXPO! Benefits of participating in FIRE EXPO include visibility of your products and services by thousands of fire and EMS professionals, face-to-face networking with attendees who are qualified to purchase, cost-effective platform to meet customers and prospects across two days, opportunities to see what other manufacturers and suppliers are doing in the industry, and more! Our goal is for exhibitors and guests to have an amazing experience and that includes having the opportunity to see a variety of products, services, and apparatus in all areas of the show. For the 2026 show, we are using the same layout as 2025. Historical placement is being taken into consideration for our loyal, longtime exhibitors returning in 2026.

Previous year exhibitor space is identified as pending/yellow on the map located in Expo Layout tab. Registration, signed electronic contract, and payment must be received prior to February 13, 2026 to fully reserve space. Unpaid spaces will be offered to other exhibitors after the deadline.

New exhibitors may request spaces marked available/green on the map located in Expo Layout tab. Please indicate location preferences in the special requests/comments of the registration form. Consideration will be given, but not guaranteed. A contract will be emailed for electronic signature along with invoice in an accompanying email.

Following registration, all contracts will be sent for electronic signature via Adobe Sign. A separate email will be sent with the invoice and additional exhibitor information.

One-Day vehicle parking passes included based on number of spaces rented: 2 One-Day vehicle parking passes per space rented
One-Day exhibitor passes included based on number of spaces rented:

1st space receives 4 one-day exhibitor passes. Each additional space receives 2 additional one-day exhibitor passes up to 5 spaces.

6 spaces receive 18 one-day exhibitor passes. Each additional space receives 2 additional one-day exhibitor pass.

Furnishings may be provided by the exhibitor. If furnishings are needed for your exhibitor space, they can be secured through the show decorator, General Exposition Services. DO NOT TAKE FURNISHINGS from neighboring booths, that is considered theft of services! Items in other booths have been paid for by those exhibitors.

Apparatus & Vehicle Registration & Set-Up: Thursday, May 14 | 8am – 12pm
*Apparatus and vehicles not in position by 12pm will be admitted at the discretion of the Committee.

Booth Spaces Registration & Set-Up: Thursday, May 14 | 12pm – 5pm *Vehicles driven inside are to be unloaded and removed as soon as possible. Vehicles are not be kept inside during setup of booth spaces.

Exhibitor Tear Down: To ensure a positive experience for all, tear down should not start until 4pm on Saturday. Everything must be removed from the exhibit halls by midnight, Saturday, May 16.

We will provide complimentary parking passes to exhibitors based on the number of spaces rented. If you would like to pre-purchase additional one-day vehicle parking passes, you may do so with your registration. Vehicle parking passes are only required on show days not on the day of set-up. All pre-purchased parking passes will be included in your registration packet, which you will receive on set-up day. Parking can be paid by credit card for on show days at the venue when you enter parking lot.

For trailers, a one-day trailer parking pass is $50 and can be purchased at the gate. The trailer pass utilizes two spaces to ensure enough room for your trailer. If the trailer requires more than 2 space, each additional space is $25 per day.

A separate vehicle parking pass is required for the tow vehicle. Parking passes are not required on set-up day, Thursday, May 14th. The Complex will have security on site Thursday to sell trailer parking passes for show days at the ticket booths as exhibitors come into the parking lot.

There is a FREE off-site trailer parking location on Elmerton Avenue. Click here for location. This lot is patrolled by security.

FIRE EXPO will be held at The Farm Show Complex & Expo Center located at 2300 N Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110. The Complex is cashless, therefore parking and concessions are cashless.

Contract Terms & Exhibitor Information

All exhibitors will insure themselves at their own expense against property loss or damage and against liability for personal injury. Exhibitors need to provide a certificate of insurance that includes the following information:

The description on the certificate must indicate Coverage for the Lancaster County Firemen’s Association Fire Expo event.
The event will take place at PA Farm Show Complex and Expo Center located at 2300 N Cameron St, Harrisburg PA 17110.
Event occupancy at the above location is May 14 through May 16, 2026 — this includes set up and the actual Fire Expo show days.
Lancaster County Firemen’s Association 630 East Oregon Road Lititz, PA 17543 must be named as additional insured and be named as the Certificate Holder.

If you require internet to conduct business, we strongly recommend that you contact a service provider to install a wired connection. Here are the providers:

Verizon – contact 1-800-479-1919 to request service.
Comcast – email Key_BusinessSalesSupport@cable.comcast.com to request service. Provide contact information, dates of when service is needed, Farm Show Complex and then the order. Comcast can provide internet, voice, and television service. An active email address is needed for temporary service through Comcast.

The Farm Show Complex & Expo Center offers free wireless internet service throughout the facility. As with any Wi-Fi service, the connectivity level will vary throughout the Complex & Expo Center due to your location and other variables. While they intend to offer this free service at all times, The Complex & Expo Center cannot guarantee that it will always be available. The free internet service is not secure, and you should take precautions to ensure your computers are protected.

All space(s) will be assigned by the FIRE EXPO Committee. The location of assigned space(s) may be changed by the Committee to prevent congestion, avoid confusion in organization names, solve competitive conditions, or to benefit the overall appearance of the show.
